Established in 2012 in Essex, Learning Cycle Tutors was founded on two core principles: delivering personalised tuition and creating a vibrant, engaging learning environment where students can thrive.
From Early Years through to A-Level, we offer a full range of in-person and online tuition tailored to each learner’s individual needs. Whether through one-to-one sessions or small group classes, our approach is always personalised — because we recognise that students learn in different ways and progress at different paces.
Over the years, we have supported learners of all ages, from young students developing essential foundations to adult learners returning to education. Our work goes beyond academic support; we help students build confidence, motivation, and effective study habits that support long-term success.

Monitoring
At Learning Cycle Tutors, we recognise that every student is unique. Effective learning begins with a deep understanding of each learner’s individual needs, abilities, and interests.
For this reason, our tutors work closely with both parents and students to design a personalised learning programme tailored specifically to each child. This approach ensures that every student receives the right balance of support and challenge, helping them build confidence and make meaningful progress.
Each student begins their journey with an initial assessment aligned to their current Key Stage. This assessment is carefully reviewed by our tutors to establish the student’s working level, identify strengths, and highlight any areas requiring targeted support. Using these insights, we create a bespoke learning plan that provides clear direction and supports steady, sustained improvement.
Progress is monitored regularly through half-termly assessments, allowing tutors to track development and adapt teaching where necessary. At the end of the academic year, students complete a formal end-of-year assessment to measure overall progress and recognise their achievements.
Our Tutors
At Learning Cycle Tutors, we take great pride in the quality and expertise of our teaching team. All our tutors are fully qualified teachers, holding QTS or QTLS status, and have degrees in their subject specialisms from accredited universities.
To ensure the highest standards of professionalism and safeguarding, every tutor completes a rigorous selection process. This includes enhanced DBS clearance, in-person interviews, and observed trial teaching sessions. Parents can be confident that their child is learning in a safe, supportive, and carefully vetted environment.
Many of our tutors are also experienced examiners, giving them valuable insight into how exams are marked and what examiners look for in high-scoring responses. This expertise enables students not only to understand the subject content, but to apply their knowledge effectively and perform confidently in assessments.

About the founder
Kash is an inspiring and dedicated educator with a strong commitment to student growth and academic success. With a specialist background in Mathematics and a deep-rooted passion for education, he brings both expertise and energy to every learner’s journey.
Kash holds a BA (Hons) in Education and Training and is a proud member of the Society for Education and Training, continually developing his professional knowledge through ongoing training. His teaching approach is grounded in research-informed pedagogy, carefully adapted to meet the individual needs of each learner.
With experience across primary, secondary, and Sixth Form settings throughout London, Kash has worked extensively with students of all abilities. His additional qualifications in 'Understanding Autism' and his experience supporting pupils with special educational needs and behavioural challenges have shaped an inclusive, structured, and compassionate teaching style.
As the lead educator at Learning Cycle Tutors, Kash oversees and mentors a team of highly skilled tutors with backgrounds spanning mainstream schools, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), and degree-level academic support. This collective expertise ensures that students benefit from a flexible, responsive, and well-rounded learning experience.
Kash also works as an examiner for Pearson Edexcel, alongside colleagues who examine across a range of subjects. This insider knowledge of exam structures, marking criteria, and high-level responses enables students to approach assessments with clarity, confidence, and effective strategy.
